I worked for the North Carolina Department of Revenue for over 30 years. During my career I performed audits for Corporate Income and Franchise Tax, Sales and Use Tax, Individual Income Tax, and Withholding Tax. Now I provide consulting and representation services for individuals and businesses. I have experience with a wide variety of examination and collection problems that may arise from both the State and IRS. I currently use this tax and audit experience to assist clients with difficult tax issues.
